AD 777 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Apply to Every Player Account

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between AD 777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual who registers an account or otherwise uses the services available at ad777.life ("you", "the Player"). By completing the registration process at AD 777, or by placing any bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the AD 777 brand, including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL betting, sports betting, virtual sports, fishing games, Ludo games, and all promotional offers. Where specific promotions carry additional terms, those terms are supplementary to these general Terms and do not replace them.

AD 777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account at AD 777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.

• You are of sound mind and capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AD 777 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or access any other person's account for any purpose.

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all transactions made — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. AD 777 takes reasonable technical measures to protect your account and personal data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible forms of unauthorised access. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on AD 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

AD 777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, and to delay withdrawals until such verification is satisfactorily completed.

Funds in your AD 777 account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed. AD 777 does not pay interest on player balances.

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

AD 777 provides betting markets across cricket, PSL, sports, virtual sports, and other categories. Placing a bet constitutes a binding agreement between you and AD 777 at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where AD 777 expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for a specific market.

AD 777 uses official data sources and match data feeds for the settlement of all bets. Settlement is based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket markets, or the ICC for international fixtures. In the event of an obvious data error, AD 777 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected markets.

• Bets accepted in error at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the market's specific rules state otherwise.
• Live betting markets are settled based on the confirmed result at the point of market closure.
• AD 777's decision on all settlement matters is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 15.

Maximum payout limits apply to all markets. Where a winning bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, the payout is capped at the limit and the remainder forfeited. Current payout limits are available in the platform's betting rules section.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

AD 777 regularly offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Promotional terms are communicated at the point of each offer and are available on the Promotions page.

The following general conditions apply to all AD 777 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from cash balance and may only be used for the betting activity specified in the promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be turned over in qualifying bets before the resulting funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by product — sports betting wagers typically count at 100%, while other products may count at a lower percentage. This will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Promotions are intended for individual recreational use only. Any attempt to benefit from a promotion through systematic or coordinated play — including through the use of multiple accounts or through arrangement with other players — is a violation of these Terms.
• AD 777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time before its stated end date, and to forfeit bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AD 777 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potentially legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not permitted for human users.
• Exploiting any technical fault, error, or loophole in the platform's software or odds calculations.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of insider betting.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to disguise your location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing AD 777 staff or other platform users in any way.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the platform's systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.

AD 777 uses active monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity, and technical manipulation attempts. Where prohibited conduct is identified, AD 777 will take immediate action without prior notice, which may include account closure and retention of all funds pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ad777.life, including but not limited to the AD 777 brand name, logo, design, interface, text, graphics, software, and all other platform materials, is the intellectual property of AD 777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the platform grants you any rights over AD 777's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from AD 777. Unauthorised use of AD 777's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

9. Privacy and Data Use

AD 777 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

AD 777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if AD 777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AD 777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur and will be communicated where reasonably practicable. AD 777 is not responsible for losses arising from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

AD 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, AD 777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
